Follow this steps :: 

  1. open file manager 
  2. open qa-include folder
  3. search for qa-theme-base.php
  4. open 
  5. Line 261 remove {<!-- Powered by Question2Answer - http://www.question2answer.org/ -->}
  6. Line 915 remove {Powered by <a href="http://www.question2answer.org/">Question2Answer</a>}
  7. save file 
  8. You removed "powered by" succesfully
