Delete your Doubtly account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time, from the app or the website. No reason needed.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, name, email, photo and password
  • Your votes, saved items, followed topics, friends and messages list
  • Your mock-test attempts and results, and sign-ins on all devices

Questions, answers and comments you posted stay on Doubtly without your name, because other students rely on them. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.

Option 1: in the app or on the website

  1. Sign in to Doubtly.
  2. App: Me → Settings → Delete account. Website: menu → Settings → Delete account.
  3. Enter your password (or type DELETE if you sign in with Google) and confirm.

Option 2: by email (no sign-in needed)

Enter your account's email. We'll send a link to confirm the deletion (valid for 60 minutes).
