Report a problem with a page or post
If something on Doubtly is wrong, harmful, abusive or should not be here, email us with:
- the link to the page, question, answer, comment or profile;
- what the problem is;
- your name and email, so we can reply.
Signed-in members can also use the Report button on questions, answers, comments, notes, videos, profiles and messages.
Is your content on Doubtly? (copyright)
We write our own solutions, notes and tests. Board and university question papers are credited to the board or university that set them. If you believe something on Doubtly belongs to you or was copied from your work, email notify@doubtly.in with:
- the link(s) on Doubtly;
- where your original is (a link, book or file) and how it is yours;
- what you want: removal or credit.
We act quickly. We review each report and take the content down, or credit you, as soon as we confirm it is yours.
Complaints and grievances
Complaints about content, your account or how we handle your data go to the same address, notify@doubtly.in. Write "Complaint" in the subject line. We acknowledge it within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 7 days. Content that shows private or intimate images of a person, or that impersonates someone, is removed on priority.
Privacy requests
To see, correct or delete your data, email us, or delete your account yourself at doubtly.in/delete-my-account. Parents and guardians of students under 18 can write to us about their child's account.
AI-made content
Some solutions, notes, chat replies and video voice-overs on Doubtly are made with the help of AI tools and checked by our team. If you find a mistake, email us and we'll fix it.
