These terms apply when you use Doubtly (doubtly.in and the Doubtly app). By using Doubtly you agree to them. Questions: notify@doubtly.in.

What Doubtly is

Doubtly is a study website for school, university and competitive-exam students: question papers with solutions, notes, tests, exam dates and a question-and-answer community.

Your account

  • Use your real name and keep one account per person.
  • Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
  • If you are under 18, use Doubtly with your parent's or guardian's knowledge.

Free, Pro Lite and Pro

  • Free: anyone can read and practise on Doubtly.
  • Pro Lite: all content unlocked; it may show ads. Pro Lite is free and is given through invites.
  • Pro: no ads. Pro is coming soon. We don't take any payments now, and any Pro you have was given free. If we start selling Pro, the price and refund terms will be shown before you pay.

Invite rewards

When a friend signs up through your invite link, you both get 30 days of Pro Lite. You are rewarded for up to 12 friends. Fake or duplicate accounts made to collect rewards will be removed along with the rewards. We may change or end the invite programme; rewards already given stay until they expire.

What you may not post

Don't post, upload or send anything that:

  • belongs to someone else and you have no right to share, including copyrighted books, coaching material or paid content;
  • is obscene, pornographic, invades someone's privacy (including their body), or is harmful to children;
  • insults, harasses, bullies or threatens anyone, or attacks people for their religion, caste, gender or community;
  • impersonates another person, or is false or misleading on purpose;
  • promotes gambling, money laundering or anything illegal;
  • threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with other countries, or public order;
  • contains viruses or harmful code, or is spam or advertising;
  • breaks any law in force in India.

We may remove such content and warn, suspend or ban the account.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it on Doubtly, you allow us to show, store and share it on Doubtly and in our app so other students can learn from it. If you delete your account, your posts stay visible as "Deleted user".

Our content and board papers

Solutions, notes, tests and videos on Doubtly are made by the Doubtly team, often with the help of AI tools, and checked. Question papers set by boards and universities are credited to them. If you believe any content on Doubtly is yours, email notify@doubtly.in with the link and proof, and we will take it down or credit you quickly.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep answers and exam dates correct, but mistakes can happen. Always confirm exam dates, forms and results on the official website of the board, university or exam body. Doubtly is not connected to any board, university or government body.

Complaints

Email complaints about content or accounts to notify@doubtly.in. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 7 days. See the contact page for details.

Limits

Doubtly is provided as it is. We are not responsible for losses that come from relying on content posted by other members or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll tell you about big changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
