Title : Learning for Life

Change is constant, and disruptive technologies are making it faster than ever. In the last ten years technology has shifted from serving enterprises to serving consumers. Such constant change demands constant learning and relearning, so Nandan Nilekani’s message is lifelong learning — learning in short bursts, any time, anywhere, just in time and often online, not merely spending years on a campus. We cannot predict future jobs or organisations, because automation, Artificial Intelligence, machine learning and deep learning keep changing the way jobs are done and replacing repetitive work. Hence, to stay relevant, one must keep learning throughout life.
