Answer: An appeal with a striking heading, the problem, the request, suggestions and the appealing body/organisation at the end (100–150 words).

FROM SMART PHONES TO SMART HABITS
Put the phone down — pick your life up!

Dear young friends,

Do you check your phone the moment you wake up and scroll till midnight? Hours on reels, games and chats steal our time, weaken our eyes, disturb our sleep and reduce our concentration. Many of us suffer from neck pain, headaches, anxiety and loneliness.

We appeal to you to become smarter than your smart phone :

  • Fix ‘no-phone’ hours — during meals, study and one hour before bed.
  • Cultivate good habits and interests : reading, sports, music, gardening, cooking or volunteering.
  • Spend real time with family and friends.

These habits refresh the mind, strengthen the body and bring peace and confidence. Eat well, sleep for eight hours and exercise daily for a healthy lifestyle.

Use technology — don’t let it use you!
