3. Read labels carefully: He should read information about price, quantity, ingredients, date of manufacture and expiry before buying.
4. Follow instructions: He should follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use and safety of the product.
5. File genuine complaints: He should file a complaint with the appropriate commission against unfair trade practices, and not make false or frivolous complaints.
6. Be aware of rights: He should know his rights and be quality-conscious and avoid buying on impulse.
