Do you spend a lot of time on Facebook, Netflix, etc.? Do you think it is addictive?

Yes, I do spend a lot of time on Instagram. I have a large number of friends, and hence the news feed is quite a lot. I like to know what my friends are doing, where they have gone, etc. It is addictive, and since I have Instagram on my mobile phone too, I can check it at any time. This is what most of my friends do too. I know it is not good, and I am trying to control screen time. I do not subscribe to Netflix.
