Respected Sir,

With reference to your advertisement for the “Join Winter Camp” to be held at Purva Colony, Nanded, from 21st November to 30th November 2022, I wish to inform you that I am a student of Class X and I am very much interested in joining the camp.

I have read that the camp is open only to school children and that it offers training in karate, yoga, art and craft, tree plantation and a cleanliness drive. I am particularly keen to learn karate and to take part in the tree plantation programme. Kindly let me know whether a seat is still available and how I should pay the fee of ₹1500.

I should also be grateful if you would kindly tell me the things I must carry with me for the camp — bedding, uniform or tracksuit, toilet articles and any documents such as my school identity card. Please also inform me of the time at which I should report on the first day.
