Subject : Registration for the Marathon Drawing Competition and a few enquiries.

Respected Sir/Madam,

With reference to your advertisement for the “Marathon Drawing Competition” to be held at the Indoor Stadium, Osmanabad, on 25th April from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., I wish to register my entry for the competition. I am sixteen years old and therefore fall in the 13-16 years age group.

Kindly let me know whether my registration is confirmed and what my roll number will be. I should also be grateful for the following information : (i) Will every participant be given a certificate of participation ? (ii) Will snacks or drinking water be provided during the day, or should we bring our own ? (iii) Is there a seating arrangement for parents who come to see the competition ?

I further wish to ask whether the drawing must be made only on the theme given on the spot and how much time will be allowed. I shall bring my own colours and paper as instructed and shall report at 9.30 a.m.

Kindly reply at your earliest convenience so that I can make the necessary preparations.
