Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a student of Std X and the secretary of the Eco Club of our school. We read your advertisement for the ‘Pedal for a Green City’ Cycle Rally to be held on 15th March 2026 from Shaniwar Wada. We appreciate your effort to promote cycling and a clean city.

I request you to kindly register a group of 20 students of our school, all above 12 years of age. The list of names, ages and our teacher’s consent letter is enclosed. All of us will bring our own cycles and helmets.

I would also like to know about the safety arrangements on the route — whether traffic will be controlled, whether volunteers and a first-aid team will be present, and where drinking water will be available. Kindly also let us know the reporting time.
