The official NEET UG 2020 question paper (test booklet code E1), all 180 questions. The questions are from the National Testing Agency (NTA), which conducted NEET UG in 2020.

Answers follow the official final answer key. Where the key accepted two options, either one is marked correct; a question dropped from the key gives full marks to everyone. Step-by-step explanations are written by Doubtly.

24 questions are on topics that are no longer in the NEET UG 2026 syllabus; they are marked as out of syllabus.
